~White Light Meditative Session~
Incorporates white candles, clear quartz crystals, and meditative music during your session to help clear away negative energy. Good for general stress relief and generalized anxiety. You will receive a clear quartz crystal at the end of your session to help retain the benefits of your session. 30 minutes
~Intensive De-Stress Session~
Incorporates sage smudging, lavendar essential oil rubdown, patchouli incense, hypnotic soundtrack, hematite worry stone, and smoky quartz crystals to immediately absorb large amounts of negativity. Excellent for helping with family strife, grief, and intense negative emotions such as hate, jealousy, or disappointment. You will receive a hematite worry stone at the end of your session to allow you to continue your release of the negative energy. 30 minutes
~Sensual Delights~

These are more intensive Past, Present, and Future Sessions that will require some preparation on your part...If you are unexperienced with metaphysical principals, you may prefer to start out with a Simple Solution before moving on to these more advanced healings...Enhanced Full Hour Sessions...
~Sound Healing Session~
Deals with past issues that are affecting your present. Incorporates the music of Astarius (learn more), Harmony Crystal Journey candles (learn more), sandalwood aromatherapy incense (learn more), sodalite tumbled stones (learn more), and quartz crystal points (learn more) to surround your body and flood your conciousness with higher vibrational frequencies. This session is good for healing past manifestations such as illness, family strife, heartache, and chronic pain. 60 minutes
Required Preparation: Write a short affirmation or intention to share with me at the beginning of your session. My role will be to create a sacred space and come into agreement with you on your intention, to help you heal yourself from within.
~Custom Chakra Balancing Session~
Deals with your present moment imbalances in your energy body. Incorporates the soothing sounds of nature (based on the chakras that need to be opened), color therapy, aromatherapy, crystal placement, reiki energy therapy, and sensual therapy designed to rebalance all of your chakras, and focusing on opening those chakras which may be closed or vibrating too slowly. This session is good for helping to alleviate fatigue, feelings of imbalance, depression, restlessness, and anxiety.. Designed to restore an overall sense of wellbeing and contentment. 60 minutes
Required Preparation: Educate yourself on the chakra energy system (here) if you are unfamiliar with it. Take the test at this (link) and forward the email results to me at least 24 hours prior to your session, so that I may adequately prepare the correct balance of therapies. You may also consult the chart at the bottom of this page to familiarize yourself quickly with your chakras.
~Manifest a Miracle Session~
Deals with helping you create your future according to your design. According to A Course in Miracles, a miracle is a shift in perception. Together we will utilize the principles of the Secret, ACIM, and Universal Law to help you manifest a miracle in your own life. Your beliefs create your reality, and I am here as a facilitator to help you clear away the negative beliefs and energy you may have associated with what you have been trying to create. Incorporates hypnotic music, aromatherapy, crystal candle therapy, crystal placement, and powerful dual intentions to set the Universe in motion for your dreams to come true. This session is perfect for those who want to make a change in their life. The session can be customized to help manifest such things as abundance, peace, love, physical healing, employment, and dream fulfillment of any kind. 60 minutes
Required Preparation: Concentrate on one area of your life where you would like to manifest a miracle. There is no order of difficulty in miracles. Being as specific as possible, write down your intention and forward it to me in an email at least 24 hours prior to your session. I will review your intention, and help you to target any specifics or blocks that can be identified.
Celibate Counsel:
These are non sensual sessions designed to help you make quick progress with emotional/spiritual issues you may be facing in your life. Both you and I will remain fully clothed throughout these sessions, as sensual energy can interrupt the benefits of these types of sessions.
~EFT Emotional Healing~
Deals with immediateissues that are affecting you in an intense way. Incorporates a tapping technique based on the ancient science of accupressure points. Learn more about EFT and its benefits (here). The first part of the session will be used in determining the the appropriate Affirmation/s and/or Reminder Phrases we will be using during the remainder of the session. EFT helps with intense emotional feelings, addictions, self-sabotage, phobias, physical pain, and self-improvement. Lingering or chronic issues may require multiple or daily tapping to resolve. The great thing is, once you learn the EFT process, you can do this yourself at any time! 15 or 30 minute sessions
Required Preparation: Drink a least one 20oz. bottle of water immediately prior to your session. It is imperative to help with the movement of energy blockages, that you remain hydrated throughout your session.
~Rebirthing~
This is a VERY intense emotional release process. Do not attempt to rebirth on your own until you are comfortable with the physical, emotional, and spiritual results of the process. The first part of the session will be used to explain to you exactly what you can expect during the session, and to determine the earliest negative present life memories you have. Rebirthing utilizes circular breathing patterns and concentrated thought to allow your body to feeland then release stored negativity. You MUST be committed to completing the process once you have started, or there is the possibility of experiencing a spontaneous rebirth at a later time. 60 or 90 minute sessions
Required Preparation: Educate yourself on the rebirthing process (here) if you are unfamiliar with it. Take the time to think about and contemplate the negative patterns in your life and if you feel comfortable with it, send me a brief synopsis of these 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Chakra Seven: Thought, Universal identity, oriented to self-knowledge This is the crown chakra that relates to consciousness as pure awareness. It is our connection to the greater world beyond, to a timeless, spaceless place of all-knowing. When developed, this chakra brings us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection, and bliss.
Chakra Six: Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection This chakra is known as the brow chakra or third eye center. It is related to the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively. As such it opens our psychic faculties and our understanding of archetypal levels. When healthy it allows us to see clearly, in effect, letting us "see the big picture."
Chakra Five: Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression This is the chakra located in the throat and is thus related to communication and creativity. Here we experience the world symbolically through vibration, such as the vibration of sound representing language.
Chakra Four: Air, Social identity, oriented to self-acceptance This chakra is called the heart chakra and is the middle chakra in a system of seven. It is related to love and is the integrator of opposites in the psyche: mind and body, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity. A healthy fourth chakra allows us to love deeply, feel compassion, have a deep sense of peace and centeredness
Chakra Three: Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-definition This chakra is known as the power chakra, located in the solar plexus. It rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism. When healthy, this chakra brings us energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power.
Chakra Two: Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification The second chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to the element water, and to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Ideally this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment, and the ability to accept change.
Chakra One: Earth, Physical identity, oriented to self-preservation Located at the base of the spine, this chakra forms our foundation. It represents the element earth, and is therefore related to our survival instincts, and to our sense of grounding and connection to our bodies and the physical plane. Ideally this chakra brings us health, prosperity, security, and dynamic presence.
